A website that finally
matches your reputation
Your business has evolved, your website should reflect it If your website no longer reflects the quality of your work.
Let’s bring it back into alignment. Clear, considered improvements.

When your website doesn’t reflect your business, it starts to hold you back
It creates doubt
Clients hesitate, even if your work is strong
It undersells your work
What you offer isn’t coming across clearly
It costs you opportunities
The right clients for your business, don’t convert
A focused refresh brings everything back into alignment.
A considered approach
to improving your website
Most websites don’t need more, they need the right things done well.
My focus is
- Review what’s there
- Refine what matters
- Realign everything
No unnecessary complexity. No starting again.

A clear, structured way
to move forward
Every step is focused on improving clarity, structure and how your business is presented online.
Review
We start by understanding where things are now , what’s working, what’s not, and where improvements will make the biggest difference.
Refresh
Design, structure and content are refined to better reflect your work, improve clarity and strengthen how your business is presented.
Relaunch
You move forward with a modern, well-structured website that’s easier to manage and aligned with your business today.
Clear direction. Thoughtful improvements. A website that works.
This might sound familiar
Most clients come to me when things start to feel like this:
Your business has grown …
… but your website still reflects where you started.
Your work is strong …
… but your website doesn’t fully communicate it.
You’ve outgrown your current setup …
… but don’t want to start again from scratch.
You know it needs improving …
… but haven’t had the time or headspace to tackle it properly.
You want something clearer …
… but without overcomplicating the process.
It no longer feels like you …
… but you’re not sure how to bring it back into alignment.
Hi,
I’m Clare
With over two decades of experience in marketing and digital strategy, I bring both big brand insight and practical small business understanding to every project.
I’ve work with established service-based businesses across the UK and internationally, helping them refine and strengthen their online presence. My focus is on reviewing, refining and modernising existing websites. Improving structure, clarity and presentation without overcomplicating the process.
The aim is simple: to create a website that reflects the quality of your work and supports your business going forward.
Based in Dorset, I work with clients across the UK and internationally.
A better website doesn’t start with a redesign.
It starts with clarity
If you’re ready to improve what you already have,
this is the next step.
Most projects start with a simple conversation.
FAQs
Not always. Many established businesses don’t need to start again, they need to improve what’s already there. A thoughtful refresh can often resolve issues with structure, clarity and presentation without the time and cost of a full rebuild. If a new website is the better route, I’ll be clear about that from the start.
That’s usually the first thing we work out together. In most cases, the underlying issue isn’t the platform. It’s how the website is structured, written and presented. A more focused and detailed review, will quickly highlight what’s worth keeping, what needs improving, and whether a refresh or a more significant change is the right approach.
It depends on the scope, but most projects are designed to be efficient and well-paced. A review can be completed relatively quickly, while a full refresh typically takes a 3-5 weeks. The focus is always on keeping the process clear, structured and moving forward; without dragging things out unnecessarily.
Every project is shaped around what your website actually needs. Most clients come to me for a focused review or a full refresh and repositioning – improving what’s already there rather than starting from scratch. As a guide, projects typically range between £1,500 – £3,500, depending on scope. After an initial conversation, I’ll outline a clear recommendation and investment based on what will have the greatest impact.
Yes. I build websites so they’re straightforward to manage day-to-day. You’ll have full access, along with guidance on how to update content, images and key sections with confidence. The aim is for you to feel in control, not reliant.
No, there’s no ongoing contract required. Most projects are a defined piece of work, designed to bring your website up to the level it needs to be. You’ll have full access and control once everything is complete. If you’d like ongoing support afterwards (hosting, maintenance, care plan etc), that can be arranged … but it’s entirely optional.
